Zune, the very-not-secret new portable player\/music store-iTunes-wannabe device will have WiFi. This is not news, it’s been mentioned many times before. What may have been overlooked is the fact that you will not be able to purchase music directly from the device; you have to go to your PC, purchase, download to the PC and then transfer to the device. This, if true, is brain dead. Oh, wait…right… lawyers are invovled.<\/p>\n

I just hope this isn’t the case of a bunch of Luddite, worrywort copyright-absolutist attorneys standing in the way of innovative technology.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
