{"id":1243,"date":"2012-08-07T15:26:25","date_gmt":"2012-08-07T19:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/?p=1243"},"modified":"2012-08-07T15:37:20","modified_gmt":"2012-08-07T19:37:20","slug":"new-features-on-framealbum-website","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/index.php\/2012\/08\/07\/new-features-on-framealbum-website\/","title":{"rendered":"New Features on FrameAlbum website"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In response to feedback from several FrameAlbum users I&#8217;ve added a few interface changes to the website today.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Channels &#038; Frames now have distinct &#8216;delete&#8217; actions.<\/li>\n<li>You may now &#8216;cancel&#8217; a channel or frame deletion without hitting your browser&#8217;s <BACK> function.<\/li>\n<li>A few formatting changes to make the site a bit less ugly.<\/li>\n<li>Sample images are no longer grotesquely mangled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>New delete actions<\/strong><br \/>\nPreviously there was a &#8216;delete&#8217; checkbox on the frame and channel edit pages but it wasn&#8217;t very obvious.  I&#8217;ve added a clickable &#8216;delete&#8217; action icon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/delete.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/delete.png\" alt=\"delete icon\" title=\"delete icon\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1245\" \/><\/a> on the frame and channel info. pages to save a few clicks and to make things a bit more obvious.  I&#8217;ve also changed the &#8216;edit&#8217; action from a text link to an icon <a href=\"http:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/edit.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.streamingmeemee.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/edit.png\" alt=\"edit icon\" title=\"edit icon\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1255\" \/><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minor format changes<\/strong><br \/>\nThe title text is a bit larger, the channel icons should be more consistently sized.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sample images no longer mangled<\/strong><br \/>\nI&#8217;ve fixed the formatting of the sample images in the channel displays.  They will now maintain their original aspect ration and not be forced into a square shape.<\/p>\n<p>These changes are live on the site now.
