This was taken durng a Gaelic Storm show as part of the 2012 Lowell Summer Music Series. They invited this kid from the audience to participate in the show — and boy did he ever!
According to my notes this is from 1982. It was shot from the upper parking lot of the Allegan County Fairgrounds. Does it even still have an upper parking lot?
