Custom feeds fixed

I fixed a bug this morning that caused some of the custom Feed URLs to return an incorrect feed; sorry about that.

Those of you that are using the custom Feed URLs should notice a correct set of images appearing on your frame shortly.

Thanks for your patience.

  1. Thanks for all the work. Does anyone know how/where to add a custom RSS feed to an iGala frame?

  2. @Ken: You’re welcome. I do have a bit of self-interest here as I have a few Kodak frames myself. 😉

I took a quick look at the iGala user manual and I don’t see any obvious way to add a custom RSS feed. However, the frame software is based on Linux and they do offer the source code to enterprising hackers.

The other possibility is using the FrameChannel features of the frame by setting a static IP address and specifying the FrameAlbum DNS server. This server automatically redirects FrameChannel requests to the FrameAlbum service. Let me know if you would to pursue this option.
